Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 9 to 15 business days. The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: customizations, back-order, and special-order.
Your entire order shipping will follow how many items are in your order, Usually, every shipping is less than 15 items or 3kg, over 15 shirts or 3kg we will add one more shipping.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure you receive them in perfect condition, should your item arrive and it is damaged in any way then please contact us straight away and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you don’t receive the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 days since you receive it, please contact us.
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
